Position: Bilingual Spanish -Client Service Representative
Location: Remote
Shift: Monday-Friday Opener shift range starts 7am-8: 30am CST. Closing shift range starts 9am-10: 30 CST. Includes rotating/static Saturday with 1 day off during week.

Job Duties:

Report client concerns using established protocols

Provides education and guidance to clients

Accurate identification and clarification of client or patient request

Creation of complete and accurate documentation of all interactions

Perform other duties as required to meet the customer requirements


Minimum high school diploma or equivalent

Previous medical or customer service background preferred
