Number of cases: Varies; proficiency in spinals, blocks, and epidurals required (caselog verification needed)
Ages: All ages
Requirements: Board Certified, active unrestricted Indiana license, ACLS, BLS, PALS, NRP (AHA only), proof of spinals/blocks/epidurals caselogs, Indiana Patient Compensation Fund COI required
Additional information: Collaborative model; 5 providers daily; 2 weeks on/2 weeks off rotation; call response time 20 minutes; EMR: Cerner; credentialing 60 90 days (temp privileges available with clean background and malpractice history). $3,000 completion bonus available for providers who work 12 consecutive full weeks at one location with ongoing needs.
