Job Description

Specialty accepted: CRNA
Start date: June Ongoing
Shifts requested: Monday Friday, 8-hour shifts or 4x10s, minimal to no call
Practice setting: Multiple Hospitals and 1 ASC (Toledo, OH)
Ages: Adults and healthy pediatrics
Typical Cases: Ortho, Gyn, Neuro, Uro. Healthy Peds preferred. No Heads, Hearts, or Trauma. OB not required.
Requirements: OH License, BLS, ACLS, PALS, Board Certified or Board Eligible
Other: Supervised practice. EPIC EMR. Multiple locations all within 15 minutes. Open to 2 weeks/month. Full travel and lodging provided.

Benefits: Malpractice insurance coverage; weekly electronic pay; potential travel and lodging benefits; earn $1,000 per referral.
