Position: HR - Talent Acquisition
Job Description
Work closely with managers to determine recruiting needs for their areas and to develop plans to ensure qualified candidates are selected to fill open positions.
Source potential candidates to fill open jobs.
Create a channel for future openings of specific skill profiles by searching job boards, utilizing the internet, and networking.
Review resumes, pre-screen and qualify candidates according to skill profiles
Qualifications:
Bachelor' degree preferred.
PHR or other HR certification desirable.
Minimum 1 year specialized expertise in recruitment, search firm and/or healthcare recruitment or Human Resources required.
Experience with applicant tracking systems desirable.
Knowledge of basic Boolean search string operators, sourcing, and social media preferred.
Must be self-motivated, able to work independently, manage aggressive deadlines, multiple priorities and allocate appropriate time between positions assigned.
Demonstrated ability to consistently follow through and successfully communicate verbally and in writing.
Excellent customer service skills. Strong attention to details.
Beginner level of proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook Programs.
Remote with the potential to come on-site 1-2 times per week and for training.
