Types of procedures: Crowns, fillings, bridges, limited exams, hygiene, and extractions (Oral Surgery and Orthodontics referred out)
Number of patients: 25 35 per day, 4 operatories
Ages: Adults (approximately 35% Medicaid)
Additional information: Solo provider with 1 hygienist and 2 dental assistants (including EFDA). Repeat client with fast credentialing turnaround. Must hold an active state license and Medicaid number at presentation. EMR systems: Denticon and Dexus.
Benefits: Malpractice insurance coverage; weekly electronic pay; potential travel and lodging benefits; earn $2,000 per referral.
