Must be comfortable seeing Medicaid Pediatric cases (70% Pediatrics, 30% Adults)

Requirements: Dental License, DEA Preferred. (CSR is also preferred in states where it is required to prescribe), NPI number

Case Mix: 20-25 Hygiene checks and 10-12 operative

Ages: 2+
