FP or IM accepted

Salary Range: $132 - $188/hour

2 Openings - 1 part time 1 full time

Bread and Butter Primary Care

Community Health experience a plus

Must see all ages including geriatric patients

Patients per day: 15 - 20

Proof of COVID19 Vaccine NOT required

Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

EMR: Epic

Requirements: BLS, ACLS, DEA, CA license, Board Certified, Board Eligible
