Additional information: Must be comfortable working with Native American/Alaska Native communities. Previous IHS experience a plus. No malpractice history. 30-day credentialing with IHS-specific documentation required including detailed work history, insurance history, opioid training certification (if applicable), and three references including one from most recent CMO or residency director if new grad.
