Shifts requested: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
# of hospital beds: 26 critical care beds, including 6 designated psych beds
Practice setting: Inpatient & Outpatient
# of deliveries: Approximately 3-4 Labor and Delivery cases
Requirements: BLS, ACLS (AHA), NRP, North Carolina License, Board Certified
Other: Average inpatient census: 3-4; average patient volume per day: 16-20; average admissions per shift: 1-2; procedures include OB/GYN procedures in ER, C-sections, vaginal deliveries, LEEP, colposcopy, endometrial biopsies. Provider will respond to codes. EMR: EPIC. 24/7 pediatric hospitalist and anesthesiologist available. Air and ground transport available for patient transfers.
