Other: 24/7/365 coverage needed, long-term locums need while recruiting, annual OBED visits: 1,341, annual surgical procedures: 21, annual C-section assists: 82, circumcisions: 0, consult expectations: In ER as needed, backup call rotation of community providers, surgery assist: No assistant surgeon service.
