Specialty accepted: Pediatric or General Dentist
Start date: ASAP - Ongoing
Schedule: 5 10 shifts/month, 8am 5pm (client schedules 30 days in advance)
Practice setting: Outpatient Dental Clinic
Patient volume: 30 60 patients per day
Ages: 2+
Procedures required: Crowns, fillings, sealants, preventive care, restorative care
Requirements: DEA, CSR (if applicable), FL license, Nitrous certification, FL Medicaid ID, CPR certified (PALS if doing sedation), proof of COVID vaccination
Other: Must be enrolled in FL Medicaid and Medicare. Must be willing to float across multiple locations in the Tampa-Orlando region. No sedation required, but must be willing to treat pediatric restorative cases. Supportive, fast-paced team-based environment. 1-2 week credentialing for those already enrolled in FL Medicaid/Medicare.
