Specialty accepted: Pain Management (FP or IM with pain management experience)
Start date or shifts: 5 days per week, including one weekend day
Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:30am to 5:30pm
Types of cases: Trigger point injections, peripheral nerve blocks, medial branch blocks, joint and bursa injections, epidural steroid injections, facet joint injections, Botox, trigger point injections with anesthetic or steroid
Ages: All ages
Additional information: Outpatient only. Located in NYC. Must be local with NY license. 25 patients per day. May supervise an APP. EMR: MDLand. 30 to 45 days credentialing. Medicaid/Medicare number required by start.
