Start Date or Shifts Requested: ASAP ongoing, 20 hours a week
Schedule: 2 days a week, flexible for which days (no Wednesdays)

  • On average, 16 patients seen a day
  • Ages Seen: For Pediatric Provider- Newborn to 18, Family Practice Provider All Ages
  • Requirements: Board Certified and BLS
  • EMR: AthenaOne
