Start date: ASAP 1 year contract
Shifts requested: Monday Friday 8am 5pm
Practice setting: Outpatient Clinic
Patient load: 12 patients per day
Ages: All ages
Procedures required: General exams, diagnosis, treatment planning, some splinting and suturing
Requirements: BLS, ACLS, DEA, Board Certified or Board Eligible; 1 year of experience preferred
Other: Clean background required with no recent malpractice; prior Indian Health experience preferred; supported by full staff including nurse, MA, NP/PA, and onsite pharmacy; no supervision responsibilities; 6-room clinic; travel and lodging covered; 30-day credentialing process; license portability is a key benefit.
