Start date: April 18 Ongoing
Shifts requested: Monday Friday (flexible schedule between 8am 5pm)
Practice setting: Primary Care
Patient load: 5 10 patients per day
Ages: 16 24
Procedures required: Basic care, examinations, counseling
Requirements: CPR, DEA, CSR (if applicable), active IA license, Board Certified, Board Eligible or GP
Other: Minimum 2 shifts per week; must be comfortable with adolescents and young adults; paper charting; 1-hour unpaid lunch; support staff includes Health and Wellness Director, 3 RNs, 3 LPNs, dentist, dental assistant, hygienist, and clerk; credentialing in less than 1 week
