Job Description

Position Title: Registered Nurse Clinical

Description:

Administer flu vaccines

Take and record patient vitals, weight, height and other biometrics

Inform patients of symptoms of reaction to vaccine

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Must have at least 1 year of RN experience

RN state license required
