Job Description

The work of a rehabilitation services director is to insure that all therapists working under the director are responding to the patients within the home adequately. The position requires a degree in mental health, psychology, physical therapy, occupational therapy, or speech therapy.

Collaborate with all disciplines to evaluate team goals

Establish and administer a treatment program with realistic and achievable goals

Qualifications and Job Info

2-3 years of recent DOR experience

Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care plans

Graduate of an accredited school

DOR can be either OT, PT, or SLP director.

Active state license
