Job Description

Rural healthcare facility that operated an ED, clinic, and hospital with inpatient and swing bed patients

The majority of the Med-Surg patients are skilled nursing patients. The hospital only sees 25-30 ER patients per month (on average 1 per day). The nurse will never be alone to handle ER patients, there is always another nurse on site as well as an ER Telehealth nursing service that they utilize.

Qualifications and Job Info

2-3 years of recent acute experience

BLS certification required

ACLS/PALS a plus!

Active state license

Demonstrate the highest level of professionalism when interacting with patients, families, physicians, and hospital staff members.
