Position: Urine Toxicology Collector
Location: Tacoma, WA
Shift: Twice Weekly, Varies
Start: ASAP

Job Description:

Complete lab requisition forms

Obtain patient demographics

Appropriately label and ship specimens

Use EMR, or LIS system

Ensure all orders are prepared to completed submission guidelines attached, and that all are securely prepared for shipment to FedEx facility to be shipped directly after clinic.

Qualifications:

MA experience preferred

Strong computer skills

Good communication skills

Sense of customer service

Ability to search the internet for applicable information
